Ik I'm late, but I have a scenario: Grand Empire of Poland-Lithuania Poland-Lithuania survives to the great famine, when the Russian stardom collapses due to the massive population loss, and eventually falls into anarchy. Finland, Siberia, Northwest Russia, and Ukraine all easily declare independence, while Poland takes all of European Russia. WW1 remains as a small conflict between Austria and Serbia, in Austrian victory. However, by 1918, Austria collapsed, and Poland took its entire northern region. WW2 never happens due to WW1 never happening, however Germany does become a rival, and invades the nation. Britain decides to jump in the war, along with France, and pulls of a decisive victory. Germany becomes a western friendly nation, just like in our timeline, and allies itself with its old rivals. Poland sets up Czechoslovakian-Hungarian and Russian autonomous regions to keep the country united. There is small skirmishes as a result, but they are easily resolved by the much larger Polish forces, and the country stays relatively stable. The allies then join a trade alliance with America, Canada, and Mexico, named NA-ETO, which is only for trade, as the Cold War never happens, since well, without Russia, communism never rises, and without a WW1, fascism and nazism never rises. The west is never a concept, as Capitalism rules the world. Polish culture is well known in NA-ETO, but especially in Europe, as Poland there is a dominant power over the mainland continent. Former Russian states also joined alliance, and eventually it becomes strong enough for any Cold War to basically be impossible, as there are no countries strong enough to be worth revolution. China also joins the alliance, as they see potential in America as a trading partner, and the alliance renames to WTO, and Capitalism from then on is the grand ruler of the world forever. Nukes are never created without a WW2 and a Communist Korea, as Korea and Vietnam stay united under a democracy, strongly allied with the United States, and Afghanistan is a peaceful and prosperous nation, without terrorism to deal with. It is also strong allied with America. Even Africa industrialized and became wealthy, and the entire world is a Utopian society. In many nations, Poland is seen as the grand ruler of the entire world. It is even praised as God, with all this influence. Utopia is seen as his creation, and it would be impossible without Poland, as it is god. Other nations simply recognize Poland as a superpower of Europe, but not as a god. The flag is simply the Polish-Lithuanian flag, and dual capitals of Vilnius and Warsaw. This took forever so pls like ••.
