Summary: Sean rushes to the pub and announces that Aaron has collapsed. The mechanic's loved ones come to the scene, but Aaron has gone. As the search begins for Aaron, he is seen stumbling along the road by Zak and Sam, who take him home. With Aaron found, Paddy takes Chas to him, but Aaron makes her feel rejected. Later, alone at the Dingles', Aaron sees a knife and picks it up. When Sam returns to the house, he finds Aaron in surprisingly good spirits. As Aaron throws him a beer, he glances down at himself and covers up the traces of blood starting to show through his shirt...

Amazing episode and Danny Miller is unreal. Such a great depiction of a panic attack and that scene with the knife was devastating

Omg Danny Miller is such amazing actor his doing such a good job.The scene where he has a panic attack that was really good scene my heart goes out him i feel so sad for him.Now is cutting himself that was hard to see.Please someone save him.

i wonder who will be the first to notice something, i mean it has defintily escalated, from scrapping his knuckles or puncing walls to cutting, that wont be as easy to hide, or maybe it will. i think this will go on for a while longer, danny miller is such an amazing actor, the way he pulls in an audience, and convays such raw emotion, its just fucking amazing. i mean its surreal to think hes only what 20, but wow is he talented. he seems to have gone from strength to strength, sheer brillance!

oh my god, that was fucking amazing (sad, but fucking amazing), danny miller is one hell of an actor, and jesus the camera work there, they should win loads of awards for this. brillant, so moving.

I have never seen a panic attack look so reallistic before I almost had one myself just watching it. The visuals in this one are amazingly ture. I never did the cutting thing (afraid I wouldn't stop when I needed to) used hit my hand with a hammer or slam my head to a hard wall or something but yeah WOW...

i have had a panic attack... i thought it was a heart attack.. all the same symptoms, shortness of breath, left arm tingling and going numb. chest pounding, it was very frightening. I had just gone thru a trauma of loosing my mom to cancer (and paralysis of her legs),the same day she died i was in the hospital being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I had been her 24/7 soul caregiver for nearly 6 years. It had become my way of life..I felt important/needed and all of a sudden, i felt like my entire purpose was gone, the joy my mom brought me everyday/every night was gone. I didn't know what to do to get on with my life. and i was loosing my sight. I knew that i would not have any family to care for me when i went blind. The first panic attack always feels like having a heart attack. and the stronger those symptoms get the more out of control you feel. I have experienced that moment. It is an accumulation of many serious events that bring these on.. They are all related to feelings of lose of control in your life. This broke my heart watching him go thru this.

That bit just after Zak leaves Aaron on his own, is that a panic attack or an anxiety attack?

@Gothic2009ad If you look at the episode Jackson took a couple a sips first from the straw, so he had an active role in the suicide for him as active as it gets. Then Jackson chocked a little, the straw fell out and then Aaron held the cup to Jackson's lips, it was Jackson who drank and swallowed the rest. Pretty clear cut case that it was assisted suicide. Assisted only in the part that Jackson physically couldn't do. In this case hazel was just as "guilty" getting the drink ready.

@PeonMoron glad that is past tense and you are still with us! =) i hope now is better than when you were cutting. it's almost like the writers have picked little pieces from many of our lives....the things aaron said to paddy back when he was coming out, for instance, ran through my mind pretty much word for word a very long time ago (i apologize for repeating myself, i've already said this in the comment thread for one of those episodes) 0=)

The pain on the outside (his fist, now cutting his side) dulls the The Real Pain inside. Outside pain you can see, feel, and touch. Inside Pain is something you can only Feel. It sounds Strange. But, this happens more often than most people realize. Especially to people like Aaron. Strong Minded, and Independent, Yet, That will give way. Your mind controls you body. It will one way or another. Show it's Pain.

@gxdjoeybaby07 You are Right about Jackson. Most people come to terms with totally being disable. Because of there Loved ones, Friends, and Religious beliefs. Then there are people like Jackson. Everyone that watched the story line. He didn't want to live like that. It was HIS Life, and HE was "Trapped." He wanted too be Free. Which in turn would set his Loved ones Free. The Assisted Suicide story line was so WELL done. Who's choice should it be. The Debate goes on. I hope I CAN decide!

@sonnytheant I was thinking about this, and there are a few characters in the story that could be key to blowing the lid off the self-harm secret, i reckon sean is definitly one, i think he actually likes aaron, and thats why he's spending so much time annoying him, plus he's a bored kid. I wonder in the future, will aaron become like a mentor to sean. Setting up a relationship that initially starts out badly but will become like bigbrother, but the current story had to run first......

I see Aaron becoming a Cutter, Bad new's cutting, I knew of a cutter and they say it help's them.I really don't know how?? I guess if you can feel pain on one's self it help's you deal with the real pain that your going through.Like the loss of a loved one,like Jackson to Aaron..Sad Really.Great story line..I really miss Jackson but.

@gpguy2 Those Three little words, "I Love You" came easy for Jackson. As did his leaving. "I love you. but, I can't go on like this." He was letting Everyone "Free." He knew Aaron loved him. He also knew as we All do. Aaron is loyal and would stand behind a "Mate." Aaron not so Easy with saying "I Love You." Showed his "True Love" by doing what Jackson wanted. Now he is going through the what ifs. Something will happen to snap him out of it.

not the blue shirt! that's never going to come out! if he absolutely has to wear a shirt, that was one of my favs....with the blue one jackson told him to change before he met hazel in first place--that one totally matched his baby blues! =) srsly, that slightly evil grin at the end of this clip reminds us how well these characters are written and how talented an actor that danny is

@Mr1958louief sorry it took so long to reply, it was pride weekend out here in vegas and i think i'm still recovering! ;) my thoughts....it was jackson's life and his decisions/choices were the right ones for him. i think that jackson didn't want to live like that is a very good way to sum it up. i think the video diary entries show how much he thought things through, and how lucid he was during the whole process.

@Mr1958louief Did it set their loved ones free? There is another issue with the fact that it was only 9 months after the crash, he didn't give himself enough time to adjust. It seemed to me he never gave himself a chance, he never gave love a chance, and that is a tragedy.

@Mr1958louief I wasn't debating assisting suicide, I agree he had the right to make that decision being of sound mind and all. I just think he was wrong in believing that Aaron was with him out of a sense of guilt, and not because he actually loved him.

@gpguy2 That is the debate for "Assisted Suicide." Does The Persons have the Right of choice or The Country, State, Providence, etc... " It seemed to me he never gave himself a chance, he never gave love a chance, and that is a tragedy." Now 9 months isn't a long time. IF you get up go to work, shop, visit friends. 9 months laying in a bed only able to eat, drink, talk, and think. Would be like years instead of months. The "Tragedy" is, We Are Not Given The Choice.

@sonnytheant Rukm? He is a spitting image of Aaron. He and Aaron are at about the same maturity level tbqh. I just can't believe how closed off Aaron is after all this time. He made some great progress when Jackson was alive, but now we are at square one yet again.

Ok I do love this show and this storyline and I know that this is pretty good for soap timeing, but really has no one noticed that Aarons hand is still bandaged up? It really has been a while and it gets more covered each time cause of what he has been doing. That really is just bugging me a little right now. Everything else though is going great. We even got to see Flynn again for a short bit

@mlorocker Sean and Aaron are very much alike-I think that's the point of his character-to show a younger version of Aaron, someone who probably has some of the same insecurities and destructive ways of being and thus disrespectful behavior toward even those who are nice to him. Nevertheless, Sean's still a prick and I hope that his presence somehow blows the lid off of Aaron's ever downward spiraling and Aaron gets the help he needs. Aaron is a toturtured soul-he was before he met Jackson.

@gxdjoeybaby07 Well it is Jackson I have the biggest problem with. He never really gave Aaron a chance. He had plenty of time to think, well he should have thought about what it would do to Aaron and Hazel for him to commit suicide.

I'll sleep when I'm dead mate-not eating or sleeping-doesn't care if that bandage is clean-this like the tetrapelgic story is now dealing with what can happen with cutting-I really comend ED for doing stories like this-with an actor as good as Danny has been-its something different -I don't think he's being a sterotype gay character-he's being human

@gpguy2 You mean Sean - I thought at first he was a transgendered girl, but he is actually played by Luke Roskell, so probably unlikely now I just think he is a bad actor - he "over act' s his role as a troubled kid and it is just difficult to watch - too bad because he is being set up for something with Aaron.
