Waking up at 3 am?! That's definitely not a regular schedule by normal standard. Nicely balanced life with time for strength training, focusing on work, play with cat and cooking own food. But I'd say what's missing is some outdoor sunlight and steps (e.g. 10K) for a more healthy lifestyle.
