Location is far far away from proper Kolkata. You only take care about your commission by selling waste property. No one can survive here with modern needs as the local public is illiterate poor and dont have any future.
Vikash it is very funny of you to say this as I am not a sales person neither someone who takes Comission. We have purchased a home here and do not feel it is far if you have a car. Distance is subjective. For those who need access to the airport/ Newtown/ Salt lake area it’s quite fine!
Only distance determines a property's potential future appreciation. You will not be able to fit your family's needs by using only the car. You will need to walk for five minutes or use the metro for ten minutes to get some essentials for your family. Additionally, a vibrant local culture is necessary for your family to compete and grow. Outside of your complex, the locals have a rather outdated mentality which indirectly can hamper your life. Moreover there is no good doctor present there so in emergency you will end up driving your car to a very long distance which can't be justified. Please take care all these functional points and take rather logical decission in stead of taking an emotional one.
@@VikashSharma-vs9nl Dear Vikash, although your points are valid, we must understand in a town planning and infrastructure perspective that every place on earth was once developing, even take Kolkata as an example, it used to be 3 villages back in the day. There are good health care facilties in Salt Lake which isn't too far. With time I have every faith that the area will develop and prosper.

Because in 2014 I booked a flat somewhere near to your location thinking that nobody still noticed this place so it will grow in future. 10 years passed and the only development that you can notice is the reconstruction of 211 road. All the time you have to dependent on Bigbasket if you want groceries like mayonnaise as the local market is filled with very backward low class poor people.If this pace continues it will take another 30 years to grow and at that time our life is almost over. Time is crucial my friend. Book flat near Chinar park if you want to grow otherwise tata bye bye. You won't be able to sell your property in your crucial time I can assure.

This unit is actually for my father in law but anyways neither him or we plan to stay there in the foreseeable future, if we do I will be ok to be reliant on big basket and the sorts. He had a v specific budget and size, in which only this part of Rajarhat was coming at that point in time. We (my wife and I) we personally have n prefer investing in London, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
