I like your presentation, but humbly allow me to share simple but effective tips: 1. Lose the suit when selling homes (retain it for office spaces) so be casual. 2. Once you finish taking us via each room, allow the video person a few minutes inside to give us an all-round top to bottom clear view. 🙏🏽

This is a good an important view. A lot of improvement in this channel I must add and keep up the good work. Initially, the presenter used to say "over here, we have..." and "over there, you can see....", you can enrich the language by being specific from your point of view, for example you could be saying "to my left, we have...." or "on the right side of the main door, there are....", this is more descriptive language which I must say you have improved on a lot more ths always making me watch your content

You're right. The first thing I noticed is the suit is way overboard. It's not a CFO's presentation for a company's half year results. Casual-Official would surely sell. As for number two, they can embrace how MTV Cribs does it's stuff. Once they finish talking about a space in the house, they run the whole view in slow motion to let it sink in the viewer's mind.

Very nice bungalow but there is flow. No escape door in the kitchen. You could have moved the fridge next to the wall and put a door to exit the kitchen. It's not very safe, only one door leads outside
