No, I learn this in university. Looking from their students' portfolio, I guess animation mentor is a good place to learn if you want to focus on animation. You will probably learn more about 3D animation than what I learned in uni, since I need to also learn modeling, rigging, and other stuffs including 2D animation.

Andry Owyeh those characters are free rigs you can get from animation mentor and animschool. Just search 'animation mentor free rigs' and 'malcolm free rig' on google
