Recipe for the Tart:
65g melted butter
150g crushed biscuits
50g melted chocolate
100g dark chocolate
100ml whipping cream
Mix the butter and biscuits together and spread evenly over the base of a pie tin. Place in the fridge to set for 30 mins.
Evenly spread the chocolate over the base.
Place the chocolate and cream in the microwave and heat until the cream is steaming. Mix until smooth.
Evenly spread the ganache over the pie base and place in the fridge to set for a further 30 minutes.
Dip the jelly in a bowl of hot water for 20 seconds, then tip the jelly out onto the pie.
