There are tons of awesome fonts available on adobe illustrator and its really easy to get those into onshape to be able to 3D print. In this video I show you how to export a DXF of any text in a font of your choice from illustrator to be able to then load into onshape to 3D print as an STL to make a simple custom cookie cutter.

One suggestion would be not to skip ahead so fast on a crucial part of the video. While it's my own fault for not having learned Onshape I think I could have followed the instructions through the actual 3D creation from illustrator to the point where you start to create the lines to hold the letters. After that the lesson becomes a guessing game of what you might have done. Thanks for getting me started though.

Thanks for the feedback. I do have intro Onshape videos on the channel and work under the assumption that people that stumble onto my videos know the basics. Good to know that I may be a little off on that.
