You already know that I bought the previous version but an update is not bad either. I still love your work and I don't miss a detail. I'll wait for the bayonet and sight for the version I have, which I hope will be compatible so I can complete it. Thanks a million for your work.
yes, I remember. Compatible bayonet need to update a small part. You can download the latest version of the model . Just update the corresponding parts 😉
I found that the block you used at 0:48 (a1-3.stl) is nearly a millimetre too wide to connect the two pieces together. I checked in a 3D model viewer and confirmed the STL itself is incorrectly sized. This isn't a huge issue overall and I'll just fix it myself on my end, but for a $20+ model, it's an enormous oversight.
@@zvc_3DPrint I can't find your email in your contact information to do that, but all I did to get it to work on my end was change a1-3.stl to be ~11.3mm thick instead of 12.3mm and it all fit well after a small amount of sanding.
@@zvc_3DPrintYeah I’m printing the same block right now and it’s way too wide to fit in the main buttstock. Edit: The rear-most large buttstock piece needs a 11.5mm piece but the block is 12.35mm

i love the new design, but the front part which locks the wood together is too basic, the part which is used to dissasemble the bolt on the centrepart of the of the stock is way too small, and so are the sights, there are a few more things which are wrong but overall great work!
why? i am going to either wait until christmas for a 3d printer or going to buy files and have a company make the parts for me. my own printer is ideal but the company would be quicker.
