Frank works hard building houses, often for long hours at a time, without complaining. He completes his work in a fraction of the time it takes traditional homebuilders. What gives him his edge?
I would like to know if they are stronger or the same as traditionally built concretet block homes . Also who in their right mind would buy those old ugly 1500sft homes he mentioned for over 400k?
With those types of savings how hard would be to pretty much hurricane proof a home. Savings like that could be put into impact windows and stronger roofs and how would that fly with insurance companies , would they still be able to charge for hurricane insurance on a home thats built to resist them ?
