Not much, probably only 8-10 lb. Could be more if you used higher power rubber.

Have you experienced any rope catch issues? The catch mechanism in my bow constantly fails when using strong rubber bands. The string is released without pushing the trigger..

Yes, when I doubled up the band's it did. So I reduced the power and it is better.
