This is NOT a real firearm.
The STEN gun was a British submachine gun designed by Reginald Shepherd, Harold Turpin, and Enfield in 1941. It was used by the United Kingdom and the countries of the Commonwealth during World War II and the Korean War and was characterized by its simple design and low production costs.
This is a full-scale replica of the Sten MKII that includes the complete mechanism of the original one, but it was modified to not shoot any type of projectile, making it completely safe.

Frequent questions
Does it accept real gun parts?
No, due to the needs of 3D printing, all models have had to be slightly modified to facilitate printing and improve their performance. Therefore, its parts and the original parts are not compatible with each other.
What is the minimum print space?
The minimum print space for this model is 201x94x200mm (X, Y, Z).
How much material is required?
The final weight is 480g, but I recommend having 2kg available.
Where can I get the springs?
Some of the springs used:
Kit A: a.co/d/bYlamnq
Kit B: a.co/d/1BQogvg
Kit E: a.co/d/eXDgQlV
You can print it and send it to me.
No, my apologies, but I can't offer that service.
I can get it in STEP format?
No, for safety reasons, I share the models only in STL format.

These videos are well made + super informative on how differently these designs are created! Can't wait to see the volcanic pistol assembly, the ejection mechanism looks rad!

Excellent print, the swedish K too! I can recommend graphite powder rub on bolts and barrels on these guns after a high gloss black spray job.😊

Hopefully one day you might have a go at a M3A1 greasegun or a Walther G43. Love the ones I've already downloaded, especially the M1 carbine. Superb work

Love it ! Wel made, nicely printed. Convincing frome close. Although I would print the receiver in a light grey or silver like colour, as the original is bare metal finish. Also an open stock as an option would be nice. Would be great if you need several for a stage play or for a movie extra's. Going to watch all your other videos.

Just found by chance your page, awesome work, may try to get some made for the my reenactment kits, can you do a MKII (S) Silenced Sten Gun with pistol grip as seen in Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, or just the silencer kit for this one? A supressed M3 Grease Gun OSS style would be amazing to.

If your firing pin is working, then you can put a pistol in the casings, and there will be a shot (weak) but, think how cool it will be))

No, sorry, I remove all the firing pins for safety.

@@ReplicasDreysebut if you put real one will it work?
@LiamMartlew
@LiamMartlew Месяц назад
@@captfirza6637Probably not, theyre all plastic and the firing pin probably wouldnt be strong enough to set off a primer, if it did though, the entire gun would explode. please dont even attempt firing one of these, it could easily kill you
