Thanks for the video. You may use annealing after printing, by reheating in a oven. So you get rid of potential cracks and weaknesses. There are tutorials for that available in the 3D printing community.

I think you should deff keep making more robotic and 3D printing videos. The recycling one was for innovative and I really enjoyed it I’m actually printing a set up to recycle myself too!
I had the same problem, because a normal t joint is hard to print and support material seems to be no solution, because its leaking after removing it. Here is a good design for printing www.thingiverse.com/thing:718132
