Wow, I would've thought the scanner would have picked up the net that you had the markers glued to... it came out great though. Very interesting! Some good tips here, thanks for posting!

Today I switched to TESA 4334 If you insist on 3M I will take a look if I have some old one. TESA is even better

Do you have any tips on how to work with textured scandata? I mean merging different scans, optimize the mesh, close holes etc? Normally I use geomagic for this but it doesn't work with the texture.

Smaller than 5cm per square makes no sense as well bigger than 10cm neither (depending the field of view size) Greetings

If it's made the right way it's not having affect. But the devil is in the detail. If the markers are moving during scanning you'll get problems with the accuracy.
