First notice that you model the coil without fill factor, so the resistance that you get is not exact. You have to reduce the conductivity by ratio of fill factor. Then you can inject 1 amper current to the coil and measure the loss(solid or stranded) the loss value will be equal to resistance ( loss=R I^2. I=1)
