3dfx Voodoo 1 - Fatal Racing / Whiplash - Gremlin Cup: Gateway [Gameplay] 

This game seriously needs a remake

Fatal Racing =) Still playing this game sometimes and it makes always fun. The most impressive thing of this game is the AI. I never played another arcade racer with such a good AI. When you play on the highest difficulty all drivers can reach the true top speed of their cars and it's not easy to win every race. Sometimes the AI is aggressive and tries to block and destroys you or it tries to win the race and ignores you. That impressed me so much. There should be a remake of this awesome game.

Loved this game so much. I remember putting it in SVGA mode which resulted in like 5fps on my Computer. I was wondering how cool it would be one day to play it smoothly in such resolutions 😅

Fatal racing and big red racing were both my favorite car games back then.

Damn... I remember to play it on my Pentium 133MHz and on my Celeron 400MHz with a 3dfx Voodoo3 3000 (well... I don't think it was compatible...). :D By the way... *Team Global for the win!* lol

This games needs a new version. It was so exctiting But the whip last voice announcer was better. Nothing beats. Okay you're done step on it. And because the 3dfx version was sooooooo faster. The announcer would say things twice. I need to find my stuff and get this running as a kid I would play this thing for hours

Was a special 3Dfx/Glide version released or did the original support it? It's hard for me to remember how things were at the time, but I thought 3Dfx/Glide, etc only worked in WIndows, not native in DOS?
