Excellent video. if you showed the tapes by zooming on it more, it would've been nice. Also i believe there is a thing called Filament tape or does it go by another name?
yes that is 3m 897. i picked it up because they had a bunch of rolls at the office. i then realized its great for moving parts where high tensile strength is required.
I spray painted some galvanized metal duct with the appropriate paint and let it dry for 24 hours.... The next day then put some 3M (#2090) Blue Tape on the edges of the duct closest to the wall I needed to paint to protect the duct's pain job I had completed the day earlier... I proceeded to paint the wall around the duct and from start to finish, it took me two hours to finish the wall... I immediately removed the 3M Blue tape and it PEELED about 1/2 of the paint off the duct.. Never again will I use that inferior tape.
