Hi! My name is Bruce from Pro Embroidery. I’ve been in business over 15 years. What I like to provide my customers is a very clean embroidery not only in front of the embroidery but also the back of the embroidery. A lot of people complain those loose threads at the back of the embroidery.
That’s why Joseph came to my shop and he said: “Hey, Bruce! I have a machine that you may be interested.” I said, “Okay, what you got?” It is a thread trimmer. Okay, so he was nice enough to bring me a demo and the first 5 minutes I tried, I fell in love with it.
It was so easy to use, it was very inexpensive and the maintenance of the machine is very simple. So, what basically I used to do is, on the back of the embroidery, any loose thread, I’ll take a trimmer and then just trim every single thread that was on the back and the problem was even after I cut, there was a lot of loose thread on the back of it either I have to blow it off or use a compressor to clean everything out.
Good thing about this machine is that it sucks all the residue in the back and all the thread and everything and that’s one thing I really like about it and it cuts my trimming time. Let’s say if it was gonna take this a minute what the machine only takes 10 seconds. All you have to do is go up and down a few times and side by side a few times and you’re basically done with it.
Again, a good thing about this machine is that it’s a very low maintenance. It’s really easy to maintain. All you have to do is every single morning, put a single drop of oil on to the machine and you’re pretty much done with the machine.
Joseph was very helpful, he was nice enough to bring me a demo machine to my shop and he said you have a week to use it and if you like it I could go for it. And I’m very sure that Joseph and his staff at ABC Sewing Machine Company will provide the same exact great service that I have received from them so if you are whether a small embroidery shop or a big contract shop, this is a product that you must have. I wish I have known this machine earlier and I wish they would have brought this machine to the market earlier that way I could have saved a lot more time. For sure this machine will save me time, I know it will save your time too.
