@kaygeeboi So far so good! Haven't fallen off yet!😆No more hard hits. Nice and smooth now when suspension fully compresses to bump. I used to rub inner wheel well when turning into driveways fast with the wheel turned more than 3/4. Solved that issue for me also. Limits uptravel just enough. I still need to do some proper offroad sending for testing purposes, but so far they are definitely worth it for the price/ride quality improvement!
@@kaygeeboi These are just for the front. I'm sure you could get creative and rig something similar for the rear for a "budget kit". I'm running the Accutune Offroad U-bolt flip kit for the rear bumpstops. I think archivegarage also sells something similar.

@@dylanjischke1993 That’s expensive tho, I’ll buy the front red ones first then I’ll start looking at the rear ones. Thanks for the video helped a lot.
Thanks man! I haven’t tried these on a 2nd gen, but from what I know everything is basically the same so they should fit! Bump stop itself will fit, if anything the bolt size could be different, but I doubt Toyota would do that as all the suspension is identical to the 3rd gen. Send it!
@joecerda630 Thanks for the comment. Apologies on the link tease. RU-vid requires verification for "advanced features" In this case clickable links. Just sent my verification information in, so they should start working soon. In the meantime, I can send you the links via comment section if you're interested in purchasing the bump stops/hardware I used in this video. Let me know. Thanks!
@@dylanjischke1993 no worries...I literally just finished replacing them...I should note I used square head bolts from my local Ace...super easy install with these...took me 20 minutes. With what I know now it would take less.
@@joecerda630 Right on! I’m sure that was much easier without the flange. I was struggling with that bolt/deep socket, but made it work with determination and a few cuss words😂 I was also thinking afterwords a Allen bolt with no flange would be much easier. That way you don’t have to jamb a socket up into the bump stop. Anyway happy to hear the install went nice and smooth for you, enjoy your new bump stops!
