No country has a Handel on the denominator in the corona virus equation simply because they haven’t penetrated deep enough with testing, that coupled with the fact that there are probably millions of people who have (or had) the virus and never got tested and simply aren’t counted. Italy is a country of roughly 30 million and have lost 15k to the virus. We have over 10 times Italy’s population so 150k would have to die here just to put us on par.
