@@CaptainHookhatesBooks the reel is a shimano 151 xg that was given to me to replace the lews one. The rod is a favorite whitebird a 75 dollar rod. My rods i tend to like the whippy type rods more over the stiff ones.

@@waejin51 majority of my fishing is usually before the sun is up or either evenings only. Its been a while since I did any night fishing since no one with me likes to soak bait. Most of the times I lure fish I have folks with me but soaking bait they dont like to do.

@@HangNFish ahh gotcha, one day will be able to! I just recently started fishing again, im not too strong with lures, so mainly been soaking bait

@@waejin51 i didnt get back into bait fishing until this year. I sold all my heavy rods and found out what fish am I gonna fish during the winter
