i loved this episode listennnnnn congolese food is top tier fumbwa is too leng, medusu, pondu are some of my favs . i’m carribbean but growing up around nigerians , ghanaians , congolese and angolans have expanded my taste pallets differently and mcds used to do them strawberry and caramel sundaes man, those were the days. bbq , mayo , burger sauce on chips is paradise 🥰🥰🥰
