This is a Federal Signal 3T22 in Morganfield, Ky. at the Fire Department. This is the daily noon set off of the siren. As you can hear, the siren is doing the hi/low signal but has an inoperative hi tone damper. And if you look closely, you can see the chopper spinning near the end.
This siren is one a short pole and one street over we were able to get a level view with the siren.
This siren was about 6 (SIX) minutes late going off.
