@@exploringtinyhouseHi! Good day to you my friend! PLEASE. May I know what is the music /sound used here , the piano music one? May you share it to me? I think it’s poorly laid out. No wall upstairs means items on desk could fall. No room between bed and closet. Could have used at least half bath upstairs. Not for me.
That is what I was going to say, and your comment is the 1st one I came on - yes the desk has no barrier to stop things from falling down into the main living area, and you don't have to be very clumsy for that to happen. For that small a house, an additional loo is not necessary upstairs as it would really just be for one person being 3x6, but I do disagree when you say it was poorly laid out. Considering how SMALL that area is, I thought the planner did a great job putting as much as he/she could into the design. I like the fact the stairs are safe for people with leg issues. I saw one that was spiral and floating stairs and that one made me shudder. This one has a railing to hold onto and has found a use for each stair as additional storage space and the stairs aren't narrow foot space either. Yes not much room between bed and cupboards but it is a sliding door situation and although slightly inconvenient, it is not the end of the world for those that want a very small house like that. I think this design is right for people who have been living on the streets that don't have a lot of stuff to move from A to B. It could also be good as a teenage retreat situation placed on a parent's property so the teenager feels independent.
@@jocelynmartin1572 Well Jocelyn, it is a small area house so getting down those stairs which are fairly safe shouldn't be a problem if someone needs to quickly use the lower level toilet. I live with that type of medical issue in a 3 bedroom home and manage to get to the loo from the bedroom easily enough and it is probably the same amount of steps that I would be treading to get to my loo. So yeah, I just don't see that as an issue.
If you're going to put an upstairs, could you not raise up the front part of the roof to be identical to the other side and you could make a bigger bedroom?

Una casa in verticale, veramente scomoda e soffocante...! Una cucina cosi stretta...e per di più su cui si affaccia pure il bagno..! No, non vivrei mai in una casa cosi...😳..!!!
Fully agree. The stairs have taken too much space too. Every space is either narrow or inadequate. I've seen many tiny house/container home designs that are much more efficient and pleasant.
🌹🌹🌹 . For bachelor youth 🤗🤗🤗 this fully well - equipped , Beautiful house is ' Comfortable Place !! We all Like 👍👍👍 this Most Wonderful Video very much 👌👌👌 . " jada ki nahi lalach humko .... thode mein gujara hota hein " this meaningful Hindi Melody Song is being Perfectly looking for this lovely video !! 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 🙏🙏🙏 💐💐💐
I like it! 👍 Utilize the space under the stairs for storage of seldom used/holiday stuff; use sliding doors to open. Couch can just be pulled away to access... I'd also create a 4" to 5" lip along the upstairs rail that's against the desk so stuff doesnt get knocked off Very nice! 😊
I had to stop at the 2:56 mark…almost halfway through the video and it’s just hard to watch. Camera darts up and down over the same area…and we still need to see the upstairs 😮 That said, the layout downstairs is not ideal with the fridge stuck in the living room. It’s a no for me.
When you are working with two very different dimensions (3 vs 6) the small dimension is the problem. In my view you should do your best to dissimulkate that your house ressembles a corridor, and "square" it so it looks more like a real room. In this case the staircase is a disaster: it exaggerates the narrowness of the first dimension and makes the kitchen unusable. Lots of flaws could be overcame if you send the stair against the end wall, not against the side.
Every one is complaining about the house being so tiny, so narrow ,about the fridge being in the living blah blah, as if the creator has build this house for them.😂 😂 aunties calm down please😅 because this house is for the owner of this content not for street dogs. (BTW I LOVE IT) ❤❤❤
Finde es sehr schön dieses kleine Häuschen, würde ich auch drin leben. Wäre gut für Menschen die sich ein großes Haus nicht leisten können. Finde es schön ❤
Pros: Being able to cram in a washer/dryer combo unit is a plus. House is well laid out in general. Workstation in loft is a very nice bonus. Cons: Very tight fit in the kitchen area. I would want a roof over the veranda area outside.
For a tiny home, i loved the windows in the kitchen, all the windows. But since i have a fear of heights i would have to have a wall separating the upstairs. The bathroom was so nice, i really liked that. But to i would want my refrigerator in the kitchen. But for so small , it was lovely. Thank you.
As lovely as the video is, I started to get motion sick because of the zooming around. I think the tiny houses that work best locate the door on the side in the middle of the house. Then you're able to put seating at one end and look to the end. With this set up, you can only look across which is very narrow and to my mind very claustrophobic.
It's a nice house plan for building among tight space ares.I really love this plan.but It's suitable for two or three people to live in.atleast four.Is it possible to accommodate the visitors??
I know that where I live, a window cannot be behind a stove or cooktop. I'm not sure if a second egress is required for it's size. I would need a tub in the bathroom. Maybe one of those walk-in tubs. A small rectangle table would work better so the chairs can fit under better. It's light and bright. Good choice of materials. Massive amount of storage in the stairs. Plenty of room for me and my cats. Thumbs up with a few tweaks.
Life is just so short & unpredictable. Most of us are lucky to be alive today 🙏. So i think it's best to live a very simple life. This is how i will built my son house this year for my son & i.Amen If you can eat daily, clothe, financial stability then you're blessed

you can add an upstairs balcony.which can double as roofing for downstairs outdoor space, for extra seating space in the summer or just a whole other room.
All tiny houses are practical and stunning worthy. But nobody tells me where to get my electricity, water and the permission how to buy this little piece of ground and where it is allowed
