Can you explain why second attack malzeno didnt flinch you, I mean malzeno attack by his wing 2 times / 3 times in a row, When first wing attack you use counter peak performance, then second wing attack didnt flinch you,

you can just fight him in Hub MR 'Hazard' quest after you repelled him like he did. It's available for everyone and only require MR10+.

i think hazard primordial got his phase 3 at much higher health. the regular one got phase 3 with 30-40% HP Remaining
