Sorry fight fans for the delay in posting my content, but I am about to flood your timeline with footage from the April 10 Team Combat League showdown between Philly SMOKE headed up by head coach Bob Kane and LA Elite headed up by Manny Robles.
Going into the night the news was set that someone`s O must go. Team SMOKE coming off an impressive victory just week prior in defeating last year's champion NYC Attitudes on March 28th. Being Philly`s first year in the second season. Team SMOKE set the presents that they were going to be the team to beat in 2024.
Coming into the hostile environment team LA did not seem to be bothered at all by the local greats and hard hitters for Philly, like Nahir Albright, Jaclyne McTamney, Quadir Albright, Ray Robinson, B.T. Sims, Shamara Woods not even the hard-hitting Joey Dawejko seemed to get these west coast warriors to back down.
Bringing back the 80`s feeling of the coast rivalry`s EAST against WEST tension was in the air early and you just knew leather was going to fly that night. From the opening bell to the closing bell of the 8 and final MONEY bell the tides turned back and forth leaving the door open for Philly`s O to be a thing of the past. LA Elite came into the night with nothing to lose as this was their first event of the season but wanted to dethrone their Coastal rivals.
