Do a little checking on the aircraft ownership. This vehicle N444WT is owned by Whiskey Tango LLC out of South Dakota. The main principal of Whiskey Tango LLC is David L Davis of Midland, Texas. Could be a leasing company. Might not be a leasing company. A lot of high profile aircraft owners register them with the last two letters of the tail number being the same as the owner's initials.
It’s a lease plane and is pretty much a time share aircraft . I’m sure he has flown on it but not his. It is a company charter and available to fly if you have the cash
@@t5239857289578947594 Now throw in fuel costs, pilot wages, insurance's, maintenance, FAA licenses, landing fees, etc, etc,... I guarantee it's not his..
Yeah dog...he's warming it with Jet-A flitting around the globe. Ohhhh helllll life aint fair....why cannot I have a big ole jet that blows $1500 a second....
That is the duality that exists in this country. Pelosi says that there should be no guns, meanwhile, her armed detail packs military M4's. Look, the sooner everybody starts to see what is so obvious, the sooner we can clean it up. When they pass Laws, those Laws are meant to restrain the Law Abiding; like us. Those same Laws do not apply to the Elites. To them, we are "Deplorables" "useless eaters" "Domestic Terrorists". It's all part of a big master plan. Cloward-Piven, Marx, Hegel, Alinsky. Too many nit wits and assholes in this country and they all vote. George Carlin.
What is needed, occasionally, is the passenger boarding bridge. When disembarking, through the boarding bridge, you will walk an incline, just a bit, before it levels off. The door and stairs attached to the aircraft, has to be altered to accommodate a boarding bridge if there is a sudden change when you leave the airplane. Better to be prepared than not.
@@lennywallace9201 Boarding bridges are necessary occasionally for private airplanes. Climate change dictates the need for them. It is better to custom build a private plane to accommodate a boarding bridge. Overall, a plane with all "bells and whistles" plus boarding bridge, will cost about two (2) billion pounds sterling. That's 3.5 billion $ approximately.
Boarding bridges for private jets are safety features. In this day and age, it's required. The airplane fleet I commissioned - built similiarly to prive jets - will have them. Amongst other things, to limit hijacking. Think!
These days with as volital and as many flight delays happening having access to you own little airline seems to be the most convenient thing to do these days. Not to mention all of airline/airport meltdowns that seem to be the fad. That's the #1 thing I always promised myself is that if I won the lottery I would NEVER stand in a airline ticket counter line EVER again. Think of it? Going/Flying anywhere you want in the 50 states. On your own time. Not the airlines time. Or missing a connecting flight.
When I placed in my order they told me it will be delivered 2025 aloot of them have been ordered gulf stream told me 2yrs but they have limited personal customisations
I like this livery for the 7500; it is my style. But I wouldn't get it because of the "military look" which could be problematic depending on where one travels.
Where you do your research at to make claim this is Matt Damon’s jet? You realize that particular plane probably cost between 70-80 million to purchase? And that’s nearly half his net worth. Very doubtful it’s his jet considering he’s been spotted on other jet’s in reagent months.
this airplane is $65M new and NOBODY buys these things they lease them and Mr. Damon should have no difficulty at all covering the lease payments on this.
@@qproridr oh ok so you say so. You haven’t a clue what your talking about obviously. Depending on how he wants to option the plane can add up to 70+ million so stop yourself. And further more he doesn’t own that so move along. What’s the lease terms on that plane and the cover costs since you know everything?
@@sflspotter6638 I never did say he owned it I simply said aircraft of this type are generally leased. While a lease payment isn’t cheap….at least a couple hundred grand per month, Mr Damon should be able to foot the bill easily as several of his peers have Globals/Gulfstreams etc. Don’t know what I’m talking about? I have nearly 40 years experience in this field including 15 years working for Bombardier! In all that time I probably had less than 5 customers who actually owned or paid cash for their aircraft. Most of them lease and flip aircraft every 3 to 5 years. I agree a fully optioned out model can easily reach into the high 70 millions, but a baseline model with conservative options such as no dual HUD’s, no synvis, no enhanced vision, no Ka band connectivity etc and you can keep the price down. The current Global series has very reasonable operating costs for an aircraft of this capability. Direct operating costs (DOC’s) are about $4200/hr, total operating costs are around $6700/hr. Based on the standard 300 hours/year average of this category aircraft.
@@qproridr ok so you are a broker now? So your telling me companies don’t buy these types of planes? What did you do for Bombardier? Well I can tell you this my uncle has owned several planes ✈️. And he’s owned them outright too. But what he did do is buy the planes in a shell company and lease them back to his company $$$$. I’m sure you’ve never seen that before right. And all the data your providing is right off google. Your numbers are a little askew too. A base striped model 7500 may cost 65 but when you add options and they all do it gets up there really quick. Have a lovely day. Oh share your name and credentials so we know who to contact when we want to purchase or sorry lease said jets.
Not M Damon’s. Very few in Hollywood have the resources to own an jet. There’s a reason Van Nuys is the charter capital of private jets. They can afford to rent not own.
I really doubt that Matt Damon is the sole owner of this airplane. This plane is designed to be chartered for football teams and basketball teams. This is an extremely expensive plane and maybe he flies on it or maybe he leases it but not owns it. Steven Spielberg could buy this plane but not many others.
@@alexanderdavidson7837 You’re definitely right on that. Those planes are $70 million and the internet ( 🤷♂️🧂) says he’s worth $170 million. Not gonna drop nearly half of your worth on a plane. Unless he needs a new accountant. 😬
LOL Now Now, remember do as I say not as I do. Remember Al Gore bitching about carbon footprints and green house gas ??? His estate eats electric and his private jet is off the charts with pollution pumped into the atmosphere.
Matt Damon's past behavior has been crude and angry. As a person I've found him to be unlikable. My wife says she prefers not to know much about people in the entertainment industry because it makes them difficult to watch in movies and other entertainment venues. I prefer to know so as to exclude and not support their work.
@@KHIOSpotter Ownership has relationship to an Investment firm in California, they register out of state to avoid paying California sales tax most likely.
@Michael Curla That's because Bombardier originally named them Global 7000 hence why on the FAA registration it's BD700, but we always call them Global 7500s!
Matt Damon is worth $170 million. A Bombardier Global 7500 starts at $73 million. Damon literally cannot afford this jet. It would literally take 43% of his wealth just to purchase the aircraft...now add custom paint. I call BS.,
For those of you who think this is not his jet, he does not have sole ownership over it. He does though own a share in the jet. Here is a video of him flying on it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ow5ZvS6WHIk.html
Well, who cares...???.. If he can afford it and the fuel, it's his while he on it...Most people can't and ever fly private or VIP...I know I can't....My guess...$1000.00/hour or more....
Typical Hollywood "Environmentalist." I bet he doesn't eat farting bovines or drink their milk either. "You peasants need to stop ruining our swanky environments."
