Best channel for an ex player and new coach for someone like me. Your teaching style is simple even with the most complicated tactics. Referring to your other technical and theoretical videos. Thank you
I think that the 3-4-2-1 is hard to press on a 442 diamond. I personally match it as I want dominance on midfield. If you press high with outside backs, you are exposed with runs in behind form two 10’s on a 3-4-2-1.
Looking to go to 442 diamond. Team is struggling in first 10 minutes of the game. Hoping this will help control the middle. Any ideas on how to get ac Team going right from the start?
Hi Coach, We have a 442 diamond webinar that may be of interest to you: www.modernsoccercoach.com/product-page/live-webinar-coaching-the-diamond-4-4-2-with-tactical-flexibility
Because central spaces are more valuable to the opponent than wide spaces. Against good opponents, they can match or even overload that diamond with forwards dropping in or full-backs inverted. Once you are matched 4v4 the conditions change and that's difficult to communicate to your team in the moment.
@@modernsoccercoachHello, I liked your video very much. Just wanted to ask to questions if you have time please answer me. 1. Is it better for attackers to stay between full beck and Central defender in the opening of attack, to avoid that pass and attack CB from that side? 2. If the opponent play with 2 defending midfielders which player takes that second midfielder? Thank you!
Hi, I'm a big fan of your content. But, if it's not too much trouble, you could put subtitles in Portuguese so that Brazilians can better understand your content. Congratulations on the job.
