The BBC knows how to make a good documentary. I like the number of people from the scene they included here, like Gerard, Brigid, Bibbe, even Little Joey. And Jonas Mekas. And the guy who ran the ice cream parlor. Interesting to hear what everyone had to say. Thanks for posting this here.

part 3 must have been sleep

Im enjoying getting to know more about the man the artist that left to soon with so much more to give

This is the only documentary on Warhol I’ve seen that actually acknowledges he used speed instead of just mentioning he would take diet pills. One great interview talked about how he did coke w/ Mick Jagger and would pretend he didn’t all throughout the night w whoever he did it with and would say “oh I’ve never done it before should I try it? Oh I don’t know how can you show me?” He knew people would shun him if they knew about his little habit so he was careful to almost never be seen doing any of this. Great video, very interesting concept

This no part 3 anywhere is like this biggest bummer for me this morning. My coffee taste different now. Time to blaze and glaze..

Does anyone know the location of that view?

I saw the famous painting and was fasinated .. now I see the documentary and realize all the stupid shit that went on to get it into a museum and it seems like a waste of a life.

so at 4:59 you say "in 1964 andy bought a such and such camera" and at that moment start a diana ross song(aint no mountain high enough) that was released in 1970...L A M E mistakes

andys work sucked. i seen it in person tried to get into it but it just sucks. Interesting guy though.
