I just brought one myself i decided on JCB because they are a reliable brand the only thing you have to worry about these days is it being stolen so bold it down
Thank you for the positive feedback, we certainly agree that you should always lock/hide away any equipment when it is being unattended for long periods!
Looking at this or the 3.5kw for shed use in the UK. Do I need an inverter or is it plug and play out of the box? Thanks in advance and have a great Christmas
Hi There! For charging sensitive electronics we would recommend an inverter - for things like smartphones, tablets, laptops and other tech. However, for tools, lights and other electrics that lack sensitive components, then this generator will be ideal right out of the box. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Regarding the shed use we also must state that the generator should not be used in a space lacking in ventilation. One of the byproducts of running a petrol generator is carbon dioxide which can kill if being ran in an enclosed space. So assuming you wheel the unit outside of your shed or make its own canopy outside, it will be fine.
