You don't have to build the teams I use. The ones you have are good and should be fine. Be aware that I have a lot of constellations and multiple R5 weapons (notably the Favonious Sword) and great artifacts. My 4 star runs are made so I can give people tips on things like positioning, mechanics and making due with less characters available to me (e.g. having only 1 good Hydro 4 Star). If you have a well built C2 Beidou, she'll work well on the second half in a Neuvillette team, but don't feel like you have to copy the teams I use. A good Hyperbloom Team will probably be better than the Rev Melt Team I used for the top half at least. A Neuvillette taser team on the second half might be better than freeze. It might give you more damage and might break the lectors shield faster (especially with Beidou). I recommend making the teams you already have (and like) stronger with artifacts and talent lvls. If you aren't at my level of investment, you probably won't get the same results I do with the teams I use.
C2 is enough, it's her most important con. If you need more shield break you can switch out the Traveller for another another Hydro character or Fischl.
If you mean the constructs at 7:05, you will need to destroy them. You can only stop SIMON's invisibility with aggravate, which needs Dendro and Electro.
