Dear Sanders, she is very great in what she is doing. I do not agree though with you that she is not responsive. I did receive a response from Dr Harnet. Also keep in mind that she receives hundreds of one to one consultation request. You can contact her team. Cheers
While Ghanaian leaders Open there door to foreign Investors, Our Own Nigerian Leaders Open Ours to Bokoharam and fulani herdsmen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i Love Ghana 👌 y'all are doing fine and am happy for you
@@samuelcomah5032 lolz there are ugly people everywhere my brother even there in Ghana. Nigerian bad eggs are not worse than the ones in Ghana and the ones all over the world. Why does everybody always single Nigerians out ????
Dr, thanks so much for taking your time to share these valuable information in this sector.. Am following you now for the latest video.. Keep up the good work ...
Thank you for taking the time out to do this video Dr.Harnet it is much much appreciated!! Just a few questions..you made reference of cherry tomatoes becoming popular now, so can say for example as an opportunity we can find tomato small holder farmers and get them growing cherry tomatoes if they aren’t already. Package it like we see here in our supermarkets Europe, USA etc. Then sell these to supermarkets like shoprite? Can this also include hotels and restaurants..but how do we know if they require it is it simply call and ask then meet their demands? I know it sounds silly question but I tend to overthink and then have millions of thoughts and ideas. Can this model also go alongside dried mushrooms you spoke about in an older video about opportunities in agriculture. I have located Ghanaian farmers of dried mushrooms outside of Accra but it seems there’s no market and it is branded very basic and local looking. So will the ministry of agriculture in Ghana or can they provide further details or info of tomato farmers or associations etc. Please please looking forward to your reply. Thank you!,God bless,
Good afternoon Dr.Harnet. I am a 23 year old ambitious African American . I would first like to say THANK YOU for all of the helpful videos on developing the motherland of Africa . I really want to be a part of the process in helping change the economical standing of Africa . I am willing to help ANY country in Africa because I KNOW it will bring so many people up from poverty . I see a lot of opportunity in Rwanda and Ghana(I’m willing to start a business in any African country) . So my question is, if I brought 10,000-15000 USD over to Africa to start a business in agrifarming and exports , would that be enough capital?
Good question. Personally, I'd say you'd need like $100k and instead of growing food, you should be processing food (you buy tomato and turn them into canned goods or tomato pure) - (you buy fruits and you process it and turn it into juices). Those machines can be found on alibaba and other sites like that (made-in-china dot com). They cost around $10k-$50k... then you need all the other stuff like money to run the business, location, hire consultants etc. Find another 10 people that have $10k to invest each.... and form a company that has $100k in starting capital... then borrow another $100k from the bank to match your startup capital. Now you've got a decent chance at making some serious $$$.
Make sure you know what you are investing in. Whatever that is. That money is enough to start something small but really you have to be on ground in Africa. Best thign to do is to visit for a few weeks to see first hand.
Nadanbata thanks . Yes I do plan to be on ground while handling the business . I’m just trying to gain insight on what I can do with my money to help the economy .
Thank you so much Dr Harnet for sharing light on the huge opportunities in Africa that per say isn't aware of the diaspora is crying and screaming about China but Africa has a lot to offer for everyone
Business opportunities are flying around anywhere in the world... Here you speak ideas is good ...but implementation is very very big task .... Even if work till our dealth we couldn't fill our project because there haven't much local and government support ...
Dr Harnett. I love how you post these videos. I tried getting into contact with you via email but you didn't respond. I do understand that you may receive countless emails but I'm sure if you promoting business within Africa there may be a way we prospective businessmen maybe able to gain the required info we need.
Very informative. Cashew nut processing, do you mean making it into butter for example? Also any tips to identify countries/markets interested in cashew nuts?
Hi Melanie, the key manner in which to process the nuts is to roast them. The primary market for Ghana cashew nuts we have been told is India. Having said that the demand in the West is growing fast, too.
Dr Harnet where you are standing is not far from Monrovia so please go to Liberia and speak to our government and inform them about how the diaspora wants to invest in Africa but a stable and transparent system is needed to pull the trick, our people should know and inform that Africa is the next frontier and they must get involved
Dr am Ghanaian and an engineer by profession. Can I get a partner for us to go into agriculture. Because in my town that is in the Northern side of Ghana land is available.
I think she's doing a good job no doubt but I think the two hundred thousand and the five hundred thousand that doesn't make sense to me when Nigeria is offering assistance and Logistics and Etc so I don't understand what is the two hundred thousand our the five hundred thousand four? Do we have to pay that to them or, do we need to have that to start up the business?
Zia Sultan...yes it depends on where you get the land.. However, farming lands are most times outside town. You can get it from $700 upwards.. you can inbox me for more information sumnayamikel@gmail.com
Ideas never make money ... business need their own pillars to build it. When you speak the ideas must bring with valid DATAs and reports. Otherwise it is merely exaggerating
I want to ask this question of which is when will the Ghanaian so call government sort out the land issues which is if the people buy land and the chiefs sells the land to some one else is this not stealing when will they do this , when they sell the land to the Chinese there is not a problem but when it comes to our own people there is a problem
