Rainbow Agar-Agar /Rainbow Jelly
Rainbow transparent agar-agar Ingredients:
40g caster sugar
2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g)
1 tsp corn flour
420ml water
1-2 pandan leaves (knotted)
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, blue, blue, purple)
*Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder and corn flour evenly, boil all the ingredients and set aside.
Coconut milk agar-agar ingredients:
40g caster sugar
2.5 tsp agar-agar powder (6g)
1 tsp corn flour
220ml water
200ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 pandan leaves (knotted)
*Mix the caster sugar, agar-agar powder, and corn flour evenly. Bring to a boil first, then slowly pour in the thick coconut milk
and re-boil slightly again, turn off the heat and set aside.
(Don't boil the coconut milk, it will produce oil. Just bubbling on the side of the pot is fine).

Mango Agar-agar Jelly /Mango Pudding
A rectangular mold (21cm x15cmx6cm)
Ingredients:
Coconut milk layer:
40g sugar
4g agar-agar powder (1 3/4 tsp)
1 tsp corn flour
200ml coconut milk
100ml water
1/2 tsp salt
Transparent layer:
50g white sugar
6g agar-agar powder (2 tsp)
1 tsp corn flour
400ml water
1 mango (cut into small cubes)
*The purpose of adding corn flour is to prevent watery

Butterfly Pea Sago Agar-Agar Pudding
Ingredients:
50g sago
20pcs butterfly pea flowers
300ml hot water
60g white sugar
2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
1 teaspoon konjac jelly powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
200ml coconut milk

Pandan Coconut Milk Agar-Agar Jelly Pudding
Ingredients:
15 strips of pandan leaves + 120ml of water and stir well, (take 100ml of pandan juice)
200ml coconut milk
10g agar-agar powder
1 egg
180g rock sugar/white sugar
800 ml water
