I really like the idea of making websites for businesses. However, what happens if the person who buys a website from us needs to change their phone number on their website? Or if they move to a new location and need to change their mailing address on their site? Or need to change any info on their site? What do they do then? This is important because they will come back to us and ask what to do.
this is a great question, and this is WHY i prefer the methods i discuss in my course (see link in description), because they are more autopilot. websites require management, and if you're willing to do the managing, creating websites will work for you. you can also turn over the ownership of the website to the buyer once you have collected your startup fee!

Hey Chad, is there a reason why you picked the Detroit area to demo this? Is the economy still repressed in that area? I noticed its near Ann Arbor (which from what I heard has a lot better economy) so were you showing that even in a repressed area like this clients will still spend money? Thanks....this is a great idea
He could have picked it out of random, I lived in Detroit and for awhile it was terrible, Ann Arbor is a lot better than Detroit economically speaking. When the automotive economy crashed up here it took Detroit along time to get back on its feet, it’s still recovering.
