@Girl With A Vengeance Yes Pacino was better in the second part but it was for a reason. See if someone says Michael Corleone who strikes ur mind? Pacino obviously. But when someone says Vito Corleone Brando crosses ur mind. So the affinity of Pacino's character to the audience makes him better. But overall De Niro is a tad bit better than Pacino is. Don't disrespect De Niro. He is a versatile actor.

One thing i will never understand is how some people can say that he plays himself in the movies he’s in ; have you ever seen a Pacino interview? he’s an extremely humble, shy, quiet guy and no, before you ask, i do not know him personally but its so clear from his interviews. He’s a terrific actor because he totally disappears in every role, i mean it truly hurts my brain to think that Tony Montana, Serpico and Micheal Corleone (just to name a few) are played by the same actor. He’s in so many people favorite films and he’s the reason why those films are people’s favorite: he makes every movie he’s in great and steals the scene. His range is out of this world he can play extremely subtle characters and also total maniacs. His body language, voice and delivery never fail to amaze me and his eyes, omg the emotions he can communicate just with his eyes (the scene in the Godfather right before he kills Sollozzo, my god). He’s one of the greatest actors to ever live and he’s portrayal of Michael Corleone is the best character portrayal in a movie ever, sometimes i refuse to think that it’s someone acting, i feel like i’m watching a life documentary when seeing Michael.

What sets Pacino apart from so, so many other actors is his magnetism. He rivets you to the screen when he's on. He has such screen presence it is electric. I don't care what anyone says , as great an actor as De Niro is, he just doesn't have that extra sparkle that Pacino has. There are only a few actors who have this absolute intense magnetism - Laurence Olivier, Marlon Brando, Richard Burton, Rod Steiger, and Pacino. So many others are equally as great as actors but don't hold that absolute power through their eyes and performance scorching the screen.

In a well-talked film dialogue between two actors, "Chinesse coffee", where is no action, he showed the art of his theatrical skills. The most inspiring actor ever ! The way, how he reads poetry - awesome. The movie I watched the most times was "Frankie & Johny" 😍

I love Al Pacino most in the movie 'The Irishman'...a scene where he meets Tony and he is forced to apologize in order to get Tony's support while he also demands of an apology before apologizing...Daaaamn, what a scene...

One of my all time favorite roles of Pacino is in Heat. In the famous dialog with Robert de Niro it clearly shows how overrated the former is, and how great the dynamic range of expression of Al is. He is probably the greatest movie actor of all time.

This was really well made. Nice edits, great use of supplemental show bites to support the narration, and a really well written narration that goes into some depth about Pacino and gives a really strong analysis of his talents as an actor and the contextual background of the film business during his 1970s heyday.

Many of the great stars like brando , deniro, jack nicholson , DDL etc. they became stars after making 10 to 15 movies ..... But Al pacino became a top guy in the industry after his 2nd Movie The Godfather .... that shows how much better he was than other great actors.... He is not one of the best but he is indeed the best actor of all time.... He is like Acting god who is worship by many actors all around the world.... He Gets you with his eyes
