Last Christmas my family and I stayed 10 days in a condo in Reunion and fell in love, very beautiful, felt like I was on a resort! Then in February of this year, we stayed in a single-family home at Champions Gate. The vibe was more family-friendly, the neighborhood was excellent (we walked around the area every morning). The only downside (for us) was the 40 mins from the airport. This year we are only staying 4 days so we are staying in a hotel near Universal.
Saving these for a rainy day; planning a trip for my family of 7 for Fall 2025. So many options and its good to find reviews. Looking at alot od AirBnbs; what i dont like are those overly themed rooms alot of them have. Appealing to alot of families, i get it. Just now what im looking for
I’m so glad you included Windsor Hills on this list! It has the best location, and the community amenities are always clean and inviting, the landscaping stays well manicured, and the gate verifies everyone coming in.
Great vid! Love the information. What's opinion in Regal Oaks. We just are purchasing in there with your team. I thought the amenities and location was super! Love working with your team. Would like to work our way up to Margaritaville eventually!
Great video. You can see our Margaritaville cottage, "Seas Life Cottage", in the video. You are so right that the area is amazing with so much available, including lots of restaurants, water park, shopping and attractions. Our guests love that. And so close to Disney, you can also see the Disney fireworks from one of our balconies!🎆
👍 These are all great resorts. We stayed at Windsor Hills twice and decided we had to purchase there. We did spend ~$120k on remodeling, an arcade game room and theming the kids rooms. The security is what sold us on Windsor Hills. They are legit and I knew I wouldn't have to worry about crime. The 🌴landscape is mature so it just looks better and the homes are not stacked tight in square blocks like some of the newer developments. The only down side is our house is always booked when we want to take a quick getaway to Kissimmee.
Great Neighborhood that sees more than average bookings because of its proximity to disney and the shopping area. Older homes and not a lot of amenities in the resort.
Margaritaville’s homes are SUPER overpriced for what you get. Sure, lots of amenities but I don’t think it’s worth it with all the good resorts close by. I bought a larger villa in Paradise Palms just slightly further away for nearly $200,000 less.
i just wanted to share something with everyone. i have 2+2 in 32810 zip code. it is condo and i have recently purchased another house and moved from this condo. i tried to do air bnb and management asked me to remove the listings from airbnb web site. please make sure short term is allwed at your location.
He used Brianna Sawyer from your team to purchase our first STR in Champions Gate. She was and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us navigate these new waters. She is really on her game when it comes to the area and STR's in general, and a great human.
Does Celebration allow STR? Can you recommend neighborhoods with STR restrictions, e.g.-1 month or more minimum rental period? We’re researching relocation and prefer to buy in a stable neighborhood without STR turnover and traffic.
