the possum line is really clever. The babies aren't their own pokemon, because they're never on their own. If they ever did end up one their own, they'd become solossum. Presumably a baby that didn't get abandoned would still evolve into the second form. It's no less stressful just because you weren't an orphan.
Postresso is a killer machine, just image a Parental Bond + Life Orb + STAB + Tidy Up + Tera Normal-type + Party Full + multi-individial pokemon boosted Population Bomb?! It would be a massacre, a carnige even! But backing to focus, Marmates consept is way less dark then a though because i image it was a toxic-friendship pokemon! Actually, screw it, i will do a alternative evo to it to represent this consept, a though Libris coved the toxic-friendship quite well since toxic friendship is not only having evil and fake friends specifically, but have then controlling you too, but i will do it in a more evil way.🤫😈
I’m not artist but an idea would be to base a Pokémon off “I wish it would be Christmas everyday” - the first stage would be fairy/ice type, design based off an elf of some kind with Pokémon art style. The Evolution would be dark/ice, and have design influence from Santa. The kid form is unaware of the stress it takes to organise, and to provide Christmas. The last stage is the stressed adult, very tired and agressive to everything but it’s children. Idk jus the idea that popped into my head after hearing the prompt
If we are talking about designs then yours were amazing but Uggliacci should have had better stats as the whole point of this evolution that it wants to prove itself
I know you did everything by now but maybe you could make a nun pokemon that prays for things that evolves into a Pokémon that gives all Pokémon who love arceus their hearts desires
I have a concept of a Pokémon with this description. Hear me out. A Pokémon that wished to look beautiful due to insecureties. They got what they wanted, however they are still insecure of their appearance. Which also shows that true beauty has to come from the inside and also the importance of loving yourself for who you are. The animal based for the Pokémon could be a peacock. Appearance wise. It might be a two stage evolution. First stage Will be a peacock hatchling that wears their eggshell over their head to cover their face(and maybe a bottom shell to cover the body). The second evolution, they’ve got beautiful plumes of colorful colors. But they still cover themself due to insecurity, so they still cover their face/body. However they can also change colors in their surroundings, just so hide themselves from other Pokémon out of fear of judgement due to their looks. The names i could think of for the first stage could be *Inchickcure* . And for the evolution; *Peacover* or *Peacognito* . So what do you think?
the clownfish is a great idea, the evolution is a great execution on the original idea with the pitiful stats and using a blobfish the frog one is actually just lazy though, he says he just turned a lol character into a pokemon? how does that even count
my wish is finding true love, if it was in a pokemon form, it would look like raggedy Ann, all sweet and innocent, but when it evolves it'll have two branch evolutions, one if it's full of happiness it will become so clingy towards you, and if it's other evolution doesn't have enough happiness it will be depressing and sinister looking like Chucky minus the knife killing and murdering ordeal

Also, I have an idea for a Pokémon that you could use. It’s a dark and electric type and it’s a cross between a black cat and an anglerfish. Semi aquatic even though it doesn’t have the water type.
It evolves in to a mix of SCP-false moon and the Yule cat (a giant mythologic cat from Iceland folk tales)! But the first form is a little devious pretator with the personality of a mentally distarbed spoid brat, it uses it's glowing atenna bait to find friends in the dark areas that i think it lives, but if those friends don't respond to their expectations, they will eat they. It could evolve at level 40, but depending of it's friendship/happiness is low or high it evolves in to a different split evo! High: it regrets it's action and becomes a better person (or pokemon) and swaps Dark for Fairy (cliche but works)/ and low: big bad enraged evil giant angler catfish that zaps it's prey and eats then.
I don't like Marmites. Makes sense to me to make these work if this pokemon is a psychic type that developed the imaginary friend in his chest. Without being a lame nagging pokemon when it evolves the imaginary does grow into being one nasty friend. Like Gary winning over Timmy. But the imaginary friend can't live without the host so there might be split evolutions. Where the pokemon forgets about his imaginary friend, but it consumes them said like the Banette are about. The other imaginary friend takes the lead. That's so it's to be a psychic to even conjure up. I have similar thoughts for the glob fish, so for its split evolution with friendship to become a rancho goldie pokemon, the wen would be its afro as clowns tend to be depicted. I'm with the idea that Ron has mentioned using my words; that the pokemon should live their best lives. If it's to be cursed there needs to be a benefit overall or the Pokemon would just warn and make that not allow itself to exist. Then the original hamster like Pokemon can just be normal since it never bothers to harness itself as a psychic. Not that it's bad, but it's not in their best interest. Pretty sure Ron said most of that in one video addressing that.
