Super knowledgeable host who perhaps needs to self-edit a bit more when asking questions. You tend to ramble quite a bit sir, often not even relevant rambling. I think it really slowed down these exchanges. Just some honest feedback to consider on your podcasting journey! I enjoy your content so far and look forward to future offerings

I love it Eric! Couldn't agree more with the critique. And you put that constructive feedback in such a nice way. It reminds me of the culture I'm trying to build on @agingdoc1 on Twitter (X); I have about 25,000 followers or so there and I post interesting articles and publications (many geared towards researchers) but also try to make a positive environment for everyone including all perspectives to learn from each other. In case it sound interesting to you or readers, here it is: twitter.com/agingdoc1 Aubrey de Grey's interview was literally my first interview *ever* for my podcast. Yep, all four parts were from the same ~90 minute session Aubrey graciously agreed to be part of. Truth be told I do focus on content over style, but I know that's an excuse and both are necessary. It being from my first post (and with such a *cough* modest baseline! ) hopefully no where to go but go up, but I will definitely put in an effort. Aubrey, in his customary manner was incredibly gracious and accommodating it being my first podcast. My interview with Aubrey was actually recorded before I went from an anonymous Twitter poster for 3 years to disclosing my public identity (backstory / big reveal): x.com/agingdoc1/status/1721983449907462349?s=20 ( more on my reveal from Longevity Technology longevity.technology/news/the-longevity-journey-of-agingdoc-from-commentary-to-clinic/) I wasn't sure how busy I would be once I went public and with starting the Agingdoc Podcast here at the same time so I have about 6 or 7 pre-recorded podcasts. I think the first 3 or 4 are just as bad (maybe worse) stylistically but I believe all cover new ground among podcasts featuring these prominent figures in longevity research (geroscience) and related disciplines. We covered publications and perspectives I have not seen shared elsewhere; asking unique questions is part of the fun for me following up on research studies I keep track of as a longevity coach/consultant. On that note, my other big release today was a major update of my website agingdoc.com which I hope makes it clearer what I do in this space. It's a personal moonshot, I really like doing it so hope to find clients (sorry its not priced for "at scale" since I'm quite specialized and only have a few hours a week to give to it... I have no plans to make a team like Peter Attia Rhonda Patrick, Andrew Huberman etc. all have... they are all amazing science communicators but I like being "selfish" hoarding all the one-on-one time with my clients which is most fun for me. TL;DR - 1.Appreciate the feedback, agree 100% and working on it 2. Lots more in-depth interviews coming in all recorded and released in segments just long enough for me to have time preparing it, typically Sundays 3. Would love your and other feedback on *agingdoc.com* . It's a little confusing what does it mean for an MD not to use his medical license (no official diagnosis/treatment/meds) but use broad background including PhD, lifestyle medicine training, longevity medicine training, evidence-based medicine to act as a coach and consultant to provide extra info. I know its not for everybody but I love it, and I try to "give back" by making this RU-vid channel and my content on Twitter free, no membership or anything required. I hope my more at-length reply encourages others to have the courage and spirit to make a comment to chime in. I love how deep Aubrey and I went into controversy (a lively conversation be sure you check out the other parts where we got into some great debates; Aubrey truly is a positive spirit), and (always respectful, focused on evidence) community discussion can help leverage the value of this unique content even further yet! Thanks again, you go down in history as one of my first commentators! In healthy longevity, David

It's nothing to do with your videos but Audrey was with Methuselah. Just has to do with crypto. Methuselah now has a coin. I'll send you it through Twitter. Mavelon is my handle.

Very cool! For anyone listening or reading, I am extraordinarily optimistic about the power of blockchain technology, and decentralized, open science (including open access to data from scientific investigation, discovery, and breakthrough). The reference to my Twitter account is here, where I post interesting longevity and health themed publications (plus a bit of my own eclectic passions): twitter.com/agingdoc1 (agingdoc.com)
