i am milling a part on a 4 axis rotary using the side of an endmill, because Y isnt in use when it machines radius's it goes point to point and leaves not so good finish, is there a way to make the points closer together?
Great tutorial. Due to no explanation verbally about what are you doing and why are you performing this way. It become hard to understand although, we were able to get some points of your way. You did best, we the 4th axis programmer are thankful to you for this upload. Can you upload a tutorial where you can show us. How to select multiple number of pockets whether it's open or close with ramp entry?? Pockets are in zigzag way not linear pattern. And selection of those pockets must be in easy way. Like select one pocket and all the other pockets on surface also get selected at once. Best of luck buddy. You did great👍🤞
Great video, one question about the creation of the 3D model for cutting, how can we draw the pocket ?, because the edge surface of the pocket is aligned to the axis center, how can we draw it? Thanks
