These are fantastic videos. I returned last week from doing the Camino from St Jean to Burgos and have been using these videos to show my family and friends the joys (and pains) of doing the Camino. I was made aware of these videos from a Canadian couple in the Camino; they loved them and so do I. By the way, I am also Cuban.
I just wanted to thank you for sharing your journey with us. I and my two adult sons are following your camino. We look forward to each day! Buen Camino!
You have to make an "after camino video" about your thougts.. I almost got a post carmino depression and had difficulty finding the rhythm again. but I have hiking ever since.
I often still have this same "depression" or "hang over" over two years removed from my camino. I walked at the same time as Efren usually a day or two behind so his videos are really good for me to remember exactly where I was and what the weather was like. These days I'm just working and holding out hope that somehow the Camino invites me back for another go. I hope you are doing well and have found some rhythm.
Discovered your videos just yesterday and love the views, and landscapes and insights you're sharing :) I'm doing the Camino Francés next year and this is great for a little preview ;) Just one thing, if you care for it - Santa Maria de Eunate is by far not the only octagonal church in Europe. The octagonal shape was a quite popular shape in central-plan sacral buildings since the 6th centruy. I could go into detail but don't want to bore you^^ Just thought you might want to have your facts straight :)
I guessed this might have been it :) People love to claim, their churches etc. are unique and they were the first to do something a certain way^^ haha Please don't take it as criticism, just thought you might be interested in the fact :)
