Officer safety. They're so brave and courageous that they need to be protected at all cost. We can't have an officer feel unsafe while violently violating a citizen. If we were allowed to defend ourselves against these heroic tyrannical thugs then they probably wouldn't behave the way they do. They would think twice and approach with extreme caution and we can't have that in a civil society.

Lawsuits are long, tiring drawn out processes & they can be expensive. Lawyers don’t work for free. Speaking from first hand experience. I spent years going back & forth & eventually took a settlement because it wasn’t worth my time anymore.
Then gentleman #4, in the tie-died shirt, was told to show i.d. but NOT reach into his pockets!! How the hell do you do that????? So now we have THREE cops for someone who was jaywalking? Another ridiculous wasted stop on a young man who was doing NOTHING wrong!!! All these cops in all 4 episodes makes me wonder how they keep their jobs!!
Imagine as cop thinking somebody has to cooperate with your investigation while not trying to tell them anything. Cop thought just because he spoke it was a “lawful order”. Amazing

At the very least, the 911 operators need to be asking what CRIME are you reporting? A "Suspicious" person isn't a crime so require the caller to state the crime. If it's found that what they claim didn't happen, arrest them for abuse of the 911 system.
@thehighlander1945 I'm French afro descendent from the carribean brother, so I know what I'm talking about, this literally happened to one of my friends because he black infact if you look at in france you will see the negative stare and views they have about black peoole especially black men.....you will realize you are monitored in a store while shopping or you could even have cops follow you if you dress a certain way, regardless you will realize their stare is quite annoying and there is many biases in employment for black men, I know this because I'm a descendent of 400 years of slavery from French colonies and and I've seen it, and I continue to see it everyday in france 🇫🇷.

I been to France, England, Portugal, Spain and Italy, and I got friends and family members that live in other European countries. The treatment that we get here isn't even close to the harsh treatment that our African-American brothers get, white Americans are on a different level of racism, I got stories that will keep you entertained for hours. @debistring no state that is part of the United States is a stop and I'd state. Now if you are driving a vehicle you are supposed to have your drivers license with you and if you're pulled over you and only the driver is required to show id
Detaining IS arresting. The public servants are supposed to serve the public and de-escalate the situation but they seem to think they have authority to do whatever they want. They are the biggest baddest gang on the block committing multiple felonies with every encounter with the people.

I am so enraged and disgusted watching these videos! Worse still is the feeling of hopelessness they invoke. Listening to this grown man cry out in pain, 'cause an _"officer"_ assaulted him on *HIS OWN FRONT PORCH,* is completely infuriating and humiliating!!! I am in *tears,* because of this! I can feel this poor, *_innocent_* man's pain, his overwhelming frustration, anger, and sense of powerlessness - right through this screen!!!
