A- Pull Back
B- Outside Cut
C- Inside Cut
D- Drag Back (Reverse Pull Back)
A- dribble with right foot, pull back with right foot (turn towards your standing leg‼️), dribble left, pull back with left foot (turn towards your standing leg‼️) repeat for 30 sec on 30 sec off.
B- dribble with right foot, outside cut with right foot, dribble left, outside cut with left, repeat for 30 sec on 30 sec off.
C- dribble with right foot, inside cut with right foot, dribble left, inside cut with left, repeat. for 30 sec on 30 sec off.
D- dribble with right foot, drag back with sole of right foot catch with right instep (180 turn), dribble left, drag back with sole of left foot catch with left instep (180 turn), repeat. for 30 sec on 30 sec off.
2-5 rounds total = 10-20 min at home training session.
