Hi, i just had my LB surgery on June 11th of this year. I picked 600mg +vitamin D chocolate chewables and Alive -Women chewable multi-vitamins. Both under $8 at Wal-Mart. Best of luck to you. My time of the month is kicking in and my chocolate cravings have creeped up on me. Other than that over all (combined with pre &post) I've lost 33 pounds starting from 288lbs. Yay!
