Defense in the field in volleyball is not easy. Sometimes balls are flying at you at over 100 kilometers per hour from a few meters away. Reacting to, and successfully defending this attack is really difficult. That's why today I'm going to present you with simple exercises that will stretch your nervous system and greatly help improve your reaction skills to the incoming ball in defense.

Hi i really love your channel & you're the best volleyball coach on youtube. Can u please make a video how often you should do core exercise, jump training and etc. And also if you could combine jump training and other exercises coz i heard that you cant do jump training everday. Idk if its true. Thank you.

In general you should do core or jump training at least 2 times per week if you want to improve. Yes, it is not good to make jump training every day. Your body needs to rest, to regenerate. I advise 3-4 specific training per week. Also these specific trainings can be part of your normal volleyball trainings👍

please sir need video on this topic 1. how to become start volleyball setter of basic 2 . thumb strong and fingers strong excise with care fringes 3. how to low set and high set 4. how to decide which wall is for long and short set 5. What exercise for only setter 6. how to set underhand how to improve your underhand setting 7. Best advice for setter by you sir

i have a problem as a libero, im really fast so i change movements easily but when I defense or receive i can't stay in a straight position. wich excersice I should do for improve my coordination skills?
