Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I didn’t read the instructions well enough. I was turning clockwise rather than counterclockwise. And I could feel it pull when it was in the right position to change the numbers. This was sooo very helpful! Thank you ☺️

I had a problem. Finally took about.2 hours but figured it out. Was holding the lock in the wrong direction when turning 90 degrees. The directions on the packaging are small and not really clear for an amateur 😕. You tube was VERY helpful. As a side note. Once you set your code and try to put it in to lock it..leave it on the code until you get it in position and then simply turn the top number and it will release and lock. Hope this helps. Good luck
