Hi Becky 🤗 I am so glad the tips in this video are helpful for you! There are so many tricks and methods out there that make frying foods a lot easier, the cookie cutter and batter dispenser method are a no-fail for fast and easy funnel cakes 🤩 I hope you try the corn dogs sometime soon, the corn starch is super important to use because the batter doesn't stick without it, when you make them I highly recommend you practice the technique of dipping and shaking off the least amount of batter as possible, sometimes too much drips off and makes air bubbles! When you go and fry them it will burst open if you see those air bubbles, to fix that you can hold the corn dog with the tongs for the first 30 seconds inside your pot to keep it in one spot before letting it go into the oil, if you have any other questions feel free to ask 💕
