All of these DIY’s are super sweet! Looks good enough to eat. I love the teeny tiny pumpkin pie. So stinkin’ cute! That drink makes me want a pumpkin latte. Haven’t had one since last year. I don’t drink them often. But, just have a taste for one now. Yup want a slice of pumpkin cake with my latte!

I love that you did DIY‘s for Thanksgiving. The pumpkin soup and bowl made out of a pumpkin turned out so cute. I also really like the way your pumpkin spice lattes came out. They look so real. Your pumpkin cakes also look real also. I think my favorites are the little pumpkin pie tarts. They are so tiny but real looking. I just love everything that you made, my sweet friend. I love everything pumpkin!!! I especially love that pumpkin bread and the soup I want to eat all of it. The drinks and pies look so pretty, too. I am so mad because a few days ago a wind came and blew all my Halloween decor of the porch and lots got wet and ruined. I am still decorating inside because I can only do so much each day with my RA and get tired easily. I won't put back the outside decor because I'm not going to craft anymore for this year. i will repair the things that I can for next year. Some went in the trash. Still have a beautiful wreath on the door. Hope you are having a good October. Is it cooling off at all?

Noooo it saddened me so much to hear about your Halloween Decor. You put so much effort into decorating your home. the wind needed to take a break until Halloween was over. My October got a bit complicated by Hurricane Tammy. She has me on the edge of my seat as the news keeps pushing it a bit closer to the island on every update. The weather is getting kinda crazy, some days are tolerable, and the heat is unbearable. Guess we're going to be fried before the human cheeto tries to hit us with paper towels 🤣. Yeah, I had bought special hooks to put on the brick outside which cost more than I wanted to spend-- and really thought it would hold them, but the wind is what did it. The hooks are still in the bricks. The weather is behaving better this year because we are in La Nina weather pattern. Not sure if you know about that. Most of us tropical and sub-tropical climate people are like encyclopedia of weather patterns LOL. Sorry to hear about Tammy. I am hoping it won't be too bad for you. (((((hugs))))) @@KikiDiYs
@jamiejoygatto aww Jamie this made my day!! That pie is so good, and so easy. I do have my pumpkin soup recipe. Here it is: Pumpkin soup: Medium pumpkin 12 oz cassava can Fresh coriander 1/3 cup of milk 1 purple onion chopped 1 can beef, vegetable, or chicken broth 2 heaping full teaspoons of minced garlic 1 pinch of black pepper Sour cream Garlic bread Place your peeled pumpkin on a pot with the garlic, onion, a hand full of coriander, and broth. Add water until the pumpkin is covered and you have an extra inch on top. Boil for 10 minutes. Add your cassava. Let boil until the pumpkin is tender. Little by little, transfer it to your blender. Make sure to blend until you have a puree. Then add the milk and a pinch of black pepper. Serve hot, garnish with sour cream, a couple of coriander leaves, and a piece of garlic bread on the side of the plate.
Sounds delicious. Is it OK to use pumpkin in a can? I don't have a blender and breaking down pumpkin is hard on my hands. If ok how much? Is coriander and cilantro the same?@@KikiDiYs
