Lets make mixed drinks!
Some nights a cocktail is just too involved and a plain lager won't work: the perfect storm for a mixed drink night. Today we're going to make 4 mixed drinks: Beermosa, Mimosa, Kir Imperial, and J & Wray (Wray & Ting).
Recipes:
Beermosa / Biermosa
- 8 ounces light lager
- 2 ounces orange juice
Mimosa
- 3 ounces sparkling wine
- 1 1/2 ounces of orange juice
Kir Imperial
- 1/2 ounce of Chambord
- 3-4 ounces of sparkling wine
J & Wray (Wray & Ting)
- 1 or 1 1/2 ounces Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum
- 4 ounces of grapefruit soda (Ting or Jarritos)
