Your Flour only needs to reach 165F to kill any possible bacteria that may harm you. Short 10-12 second bursts in the microwave is by far the fastest method. Spreading flour out on a baking sheet and putting it in a 350F oven for 12-15 minutes is a slower process but just as effective.
