Hey! I'm watching the video and I've got a question about the first advice : what if something is not useful for you but someone offered it to you and then could be frustrated if you realized you throw it away? I'm thinking about things that you don't wanna keep, that has no really affective meaning for you even if someone offered it to you. They take soooo much space so I'd like to throw away some things but if my friends realized it... 😱

Hi Eva! That's a great question, as we recognize this situation can feel very tricky for people. We certainly have a lot to say on that topic -- we're now planning to have a future blog post dedicated to it! -- but one quick option would be to donate or re-gift it to someone that may be better served by it, within your family, friends or community. This may help alleviate any uncomfortable conversations, should the gift-giver ask, to know that it's being used and loved by someone else.
